Early 2014 didn’t show the recovering market that we hoped for but by December closed sales & prices for the year provided a better trend to start 2015. Inventory remains very low and we’re seeing buyers are not as willing to settle. They are willing to wait for that perfect home to enter the market & when it does, they act fast!
